What Is Your Morning Ritual?
I would say the most important morning routine that I do every single morning is my gratitude routine. I've told all of you before that I do this practice called priming. I learned it from Tony Robbins. It's the most incredible process. It takes about 10 minutes long and it truly puts you in a beautiful state, which means that you're full of energy and vitality. You finish the process feeling gratitude -- being in a state of gratitude, having sent healing energy, asking for solutions, and asking for a strengthening of yourself and of others.
Good morning, everyone and welcome to the Bed Head Chronicles.
Today, I want to talk about morning routines.
Then, focusing on three things that you want to achieve or accomplish -- three things that would cause you to thrive.
So, you finish this process, not only filled with energy and filled with vitality and joy but in a state of gratitude, in a state of strength and in a state of certainty, which is an incredible way to start the day.
If you want to do a shorter process, another thing that I do on days where, maybe, I am kind of rushed is the minute I opened my eyes, the first thing I do is I think about three things that I'm grateful for. They can be big things. They can be little things. They can be, you know, looking over and seeing my wife beside me and feeling so grateful for our love, for marriage.
Or it can be, you know, thinking about wow, you know, I woke up today. My heart's beating strong in my chest. But think about three things and truly be present when you think about how grateful you are for those things.
Then, what you want to do is you want to ask for healing. And as you breathe, imagine like a white light of healing coming through you and pouring into everything -- your blood, your bones, your thoughts, your feelings -- everything and anything that needs to be healed. Focus on that healing energy going through and healing whatever needs to be healed.
You can ask for solutions to help solve anything that needs to be solved, whether it's within yourself or between you and others in your business, whatever it may be.
And then asked to strengthen what is already so strong inside of you. Strengthen my love, my appreciation, my gratitude, my passion, my courage, my confidence -- whatever it is that you would like to strengthen.
Then, it's important to come outside of ourselves and send that healing energy. Ask for that healing to happen for those that you love and care about -- your family, your friends, your pets, your animals, your co-workers, your business partners, the community, the world. Ask that the healing happens for them, as well, and see it happening. Send out those same, you know, strengthening, hopes for strengthening, and solutions, and healing for them or for the world.
From there, you go to what Tony calls Three to Thrive, focusing on three things that you would like to achieve or accomplish. That could mean something big, you know, a physical feat that you want to accomplish or something you want to accomplish in your business. Or it could be wanting to be fully present with your loved ones, today and every day. Or wanting to be leading with kindness and every moment of your life. It can be big things or little things. But what I want you to do is be in it and see yourself succeeding. See it happening and feel what you're going to feel when you achieve or accomplish that. It's so super powerful.
So when you go through this -- and this can be as quick or as long as you want it to be. Tony's priming is the perfect opportunity to do this.
But as I said, you can do this just upon waking. When you open your eyes, keep your hand on your heart, and go through this process. And what it does is you will start your day in the most empowering state -- in a state of gratitude. In a state of peace. In a state of strength. In a state of promise. In a state of certainty. And with that state in mind, being in this beautiful state, you truly are setting yourself up for the most amazing day.
So, I hope this helps everyone have an amazing day and thank you for listening to the Bed Head Chronicles
