What Decision Changed Your Life's Trajectory
Today. I want you to think of that one decision that you made in your life that turn your entire life around, whether that means -- took you from a really bad place to a good place or a decision that truly took your life to a whole new level.
Good morning, everyone and welcome to the Bed Head Chronicles
Today. I want you to think of that one decision that you made in your life that turn your entire life around, whether that means -- took you from a really bad place to a good place or a decision that truly took your life to a whole new level.
And when I think that the answer to this question for myself, it's the day I consciously decided I will always, always be my own biggest supporter and believe in myself. That, if there's something that I want to achieve or if there's something I want to feel in my life, I truly believe that I can make that happen and that nothing will stop me.
Obviously, I need to be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve that goal or to discipline my mind and my focus to feel a certain way.
Another big decision was deciding to live in what Tony Robbins calls a beautiful state every day. And that is truly disciplining my mind and my thoughts to look towards feeling gratitude and being kind and feeling love instead of fear. Basically living my life from a place of love and not fear. Focusing on the abundance, not scarcity. Focusing on what I dream of creating and what I love and what fills me rather than focusing on the things that drain me or scare me.
Also, focusing on what I have all the control over, which is -- we all have total control over the experience in our lives. We choose how we react to things happening to us or to what people say to us and we choose what state to be in and every moment. It takes discipline for all you athletes out there or business people or whatever. We all have discipline. It's a matter of channeling that discipline into managing your thoughts.
But the biggest decision truly had the greatest impact on my life was the day that I decided that I will always be my own biggest supporter. I will always believe in me. I will always take my side and trust that I have everything I need inside of me to achieve what I want to achieve, to feel what I want to feel, and to have the impact on this world that I hope to have.
So, think about your biggest decision -- a life-changing decision that you made. And if you haven't, if you don't have one that you can look back at, think about creating one today.
What's a decision you could make for yourself that will truly change not only the trajectory of your life but your entire experience of life? What is the decision you can make to feel the absolute most joy, gratitude, passion, and commitment to living life in a way that will see you reaping all the incredible gifts of what life brings? What is that decision? Make that decision today.
Thank you, everyone.
