I start my day every morning by, first of all, I opened my eyes and I think about three things that I'm grateful for. Starting your day in a state of gratitude is an incredible way to truly manifest a beautiful day where you look at everything that you have, not everything that you don't have. I look at my beautiful wife and I feel so grateful.

Today, I want to talk about habits and rituals the change your life for the better.

I woke up this morning from going out traveling.  I got the amazing Jess King from Peloton.

I start my day every morning by, first of all, I opened my eyes and I think about three things that I'm grateful for.   Starting your day in a state of gratitude is an incredible way to truly manifest a beautiful day where you look at everything that you have, not everything that you don't have.  I look at my beautiful wife and I feel so grateful.

Then we do our priming -- the Tony Robbins priming. You can find it on YouTube. It's absolutely incredible.

Then I work out. This is all after, of course, feeding the horses.

So, everybody, have habits and rituals.  The more you do that every single day -- you wake up and do the same things. It will give you consistency, strength and lay the foundation for setting yourself up to live in a beautiful state every single day.
