Today's guest Mirinda Carfrae is a 4x World Champion. Siri coached Rinny from 2005-2012 and then again 2013-2019. Mirinda is one of the most consistent athletes at the Hawaii Ironman Workd Championships 

She came in 1st 3x, 2nd 3x, and 3rd 1x. She holds the course run record there still.
